Instructions
1.
Wash and slice the cucumbers into 1/2-inch thick rounds (about 10 minutes).
2.
In a bowl, mix the low-fat cottage cheese with half of the everything seasoning.
3.
Top each cucumber slice with a generous spoonful of the cottage cheese mixture.
4.
Sprinkle the remaining everything seasoning over the top of each slice.
5.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 30 minutes before serving.
