Instructions

Toast the whole grain bread slices until golden brown (about 3-5 minutes).

While the bread is toasting, dice the tomatoes and season with salt and pepper.

Top with the seasoned diced tomatoes.
5.
Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top.
6.
Garnish with fresh basil leaves if desired, and serve immediately.
