Instructions
1.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3.
Stir in the broccoli, carrots, and peas. Cook for 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.
4.
Add the shredded duck and cooked brown rice to the skillet. Mix well.
5.
Pour in the soy sauce and stir to combine. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes until heated through.
6.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
