Instructions
1.
In a bowl, combine the fake crab meat, lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Mix well and set aside (5 minutes).
2.
Warm the whole wheat tortillas in a skillet over medium heat for about 1 minute on each side until pliable (2 minutes).
3.
Assemble the tacos by placing a layer of arugula on each tortilla, followed by the seasoned fake crab mixture, diced tomatoes, and avocado slices (5 minutes).
4.
Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy fake crab tacos!
