Instructions
1.
1. In a large bowl, combine cooked quinoa, shredded chicken, black beans, diced bell peppers, and corn.

2. Add diced avocado and chopped cilantro to the mixture.

3. Squeeze lime juice over the salad and season with salt and pepper to taste.

4. Toss everything together gently until well combined.

5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 days.
