Instructions

1. Start by washing and trimming the green beans. Boil them in salted water for about 5 minutes until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.

2. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. Spread 2 tablespoons of peanut butter on each fiber wrap.

4. Layer the cooked green beans on top of the peanut butter, followed by a generous scoop of the cottage cheese and yogurt mixture.

5. Roll the wraps tightly and slice them in half. Drizzle with olive oil before serving.
