Instructions
1.
1. Start by cooking the grass-fed steak to your desired doneness. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it thinly.

2. While the steak is cooking, prepare the vegetables. Chop the romaine lettuce, dice the cucumber, bell pepper, and carrots, and halve the cherry tomatoes.

3. In a large bowl, combine all the chopped vegetables.

4. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper.

5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine.
