Instructions

In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, diced cucumber, and diced tomatoes.

Add the cooked chicken breast and crumbled feta cheese to the bowl.

In a separate small bowl, mix Greek yogurt, olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a dressing.
4.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients.

Serve the salad on plates and add a dollop of hummus on the side.
