Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped spinach, diced cucumber, yellow bell pepper, and red kidney beans.

In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt, lemon juice, dried oregano, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
3.
Add the shredded chicken to the vegetable mixture and pour the dressing over the top.
4.
Toss everything together until well combined and serve immediately.
