Instructions
1.
In a mixing bowl, combine the low-fat Greek yogurt, honey (if using), and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy (about 2 minutes).
2.
Layer the Greek yogurt mixture into serving bowls or cups, filling them halfway.
3.
Add a layer of strawberry preserves on top of the yogurt mixture.
4.
Sprinkle the Catalina Crunch graham cracker cereal over the preserves.
5.
Repeat the layers until the bowls are filled, finishing with a layer of preserves and a sprinkle of cereal on top.
6.
Garnish with fresh strawberries if desired. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
