Love this snack! The fruit bar on the side is a smart addition for extra fiber. Keep finding creative ways to incorporate these nutritious foods into your snacks

Instructions

  • 1.

In a mixing bowl, combine the Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and almond milk. Stir well until the chia seeds are evenly distributed.

  • 2.

If desired, add honey or maple syrup for sweetness and mix thoroughly.

  • 3.

Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight to allow the chia seeds to expand and thicken the mixture.

  • 4.

Once ready to serve, give the pudding a good stir and layer it in serving bowls or jars.

  • 5.

Top with fresh raspberries and sprinkle ground flax seeds on top.

  • 6.

Serve with a fruit bar on the side for added fiber.

Ingredients

  • 1.

    2 cups low-fat or non-fat Greek yogurt
