Greek yogurt granola and strawberries

Great snack Monica! Greek yogurt is an excellent choice as it provides lean proteins to keep you full. The strawberries add a touch of sweetness and some additional fiber. Three down only two more to go!

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt as the base.

  • 2.

    Layer 1/4 cup of granola on top of the yogurt.

  • 3.

    Add 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries on top of the granola.

  • 4.

    If desired, drizzle with honey and sprinkle chia seeds for added nutrition.

  • 5.

    Repeat the layers for additional servings, or mix all ingredients in a larger bowl for a family-style serving.

    1 cup granola (low in added sugar)

    2 cups fresh strawberries, sliced
