“Great snack Monica! Greek yogurt is an excellent choice as it provides lean proteins to keep you full. The strawberries add a touch of sweetness and some additional fiber. Three down only two more to go!”
Instructions
1.
In a bowl, add 1/2 cup of Greek yogurt as the base.
2.
Layer 1/4 cup of granola on top of the yogurt.
3.
Add 1/2 cup of sliced strawberries on top of the granola.
4.
If desired, drizzle with honey and sprinkle chia seeds for added nutrition.
5.
Repeat the layers for additional servings, or mix all ingredients in a larger bowl for a family-style serving.
