Instructions
1.
In a mixing bowl, combine the plain Greek yogurt and vanilla extract (if using). Stir until smooth. (2 minutes)
2.
Add the fresh blueberries and chia seeds to the yogurt mixture. Gently fold them in to avoid crushing the berries. (2 minutes)
3.
If desired, drizzle honey over the top for added sweetness. (1 minute)
4.
Serve immediately in bowls or store in the refrigerator for later. (1 minute)
