Instructions
1.
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.

Coat the chicken breasts with the seasoning mixture, ensuring they are well covered.

Place the chicken on the grill and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

While the chicken is grilling, toss the sliced zucchini, yellow bell pepper, cauliflower, and broccoli in a bit of olive oil, salt, and pepper.

Grill the vegetables in a grill basket or on skewers for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally until tender.

Once cooked, remove the chicken and vegetables from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes.

Slice the chicken and serve it alongside the grilled veggies, garnished with fresh herbs.
