Instructions
1.
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat (about 5 minutes).
2.
In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, and thyme.

Coat the chicken breasts with the marinade and let them sit for 10 minutes.
4.
While the chicken marinates, toss the sweet potato slices with a little olive oil, salt, and pepper.
5.
Place the sweet potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through.
6.
Grill the chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F/75°C).
7.
In the last 5 minutes of grilling, add the broccoli florets to the grill or steam them until tender.
8.
Serve the grilled chicken with roasted sweet potatoes and broccoli.
