Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper to create the tzatziki sauce. Set aside.

3. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).

4. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad by combining mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, and feta cheese in a large bowl. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette.

5. Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

6. Serve the grilled chicken over a bed of brown rice, topped with tzatziki sauce and alongside the salad.
