Instructions

1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.

2. Add the skinless chicken breasts or thighs to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes (or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator).

3. While the chicken is marinating, cook the brown rice according to package instructions.

4. Steam or boil the broccoli florets until tender, about 5-7 minutes.
