Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale and steamed broccoli.

2. Add the sliced grilled chicken, chopped almonds, raisins, and cooked brown rice to the bowl.

3. Drizzle the vinaigrette dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.

4. Serve immediately, garnished with almond thins crackers if desired.
