Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce, shredded grilled chicken, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, and raisins.

In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, vinegar, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.

Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.
4.
Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
