Instructions
1.
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.

2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.

3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.

4. Remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before shredding.

5. In a large bowl, combine the mixed greens, diced tomatoes, onion, cilantro, and cara cara orange segments.

6. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and lime juice, then pour over the salad.
7.
7. Add the shredded chicken on top and toss gently to combine.
8.
8. Serve immediately and enjoy your healthy grilled chicken salad!
