Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the shredded red cabbage and chopped kale.

2. Add the grilled chicken, diced potatoes, raisins, and sliced almonds to the bowl.

3. Drizzle the poppyseed dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients evenly.

4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour to let the flavors meld.
