Instructions
1.
1. Start by grilling the chicken breasts until fully cooked, about 6-7 minutes per side. Let them rest before dicing.

2. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine lettuce and kale.

3. Add the diced apple and sliced almonds to the greens.

4. Toss in the diced grilled chicken.
