Instructions
1.
1. In a large bowl, combine the kale and cabbage mix.

2. Add the diced grilled chicken, chopped almonds, and raisins to the bowl.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.

4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.

5. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to an hour before serving for a chilled salad.
