Instructions

1. In a large bowl, combine the chopped kale, broccoli florets, and shredded cabbage.

2. Add the diced grilled chicken, raisins, and chopped almonds to the bowl.

3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to create the dressing.
