Instructions

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (about 375°F).

Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and any preferred herbs or spices.

Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad base by combining the mixed lettuce, shredded carrots, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber in a large bowl.
5.
Once the chicken is cooked, let it rest for a few minutes before slicing it into strips.
6.
Top the salad with the grilled chicken slices and drizzle with your choice of dressing.
7.
Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
