Instructions

  • 1.

    Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat (about 5 minutes).

  • 2.

    While the grill is heating, season the chicken breasts with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

  • 3.

    Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

  • 4.

    Once cooked, remove the chicken from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.

  • 5.

    While the chicken is resting, prepare the sandwich rolls by slicing them in half.

  • 6.

    Layer the bottom half of each roll with shredded cabbage, followed by sliced tomatoes, grilled chicken, avocado, and crispy onions.

  • 7.

    Top with the other half of the roll and serve immediately.
