BBQ chicken on pretzel bun. I splurged on the bun so I only had 1 and packed it with meat. Then had most of the salad!

Instructions

    1. Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat (about 5 minutes).

    2. Season the grilled chicken breast with salt, pepper, and olive oil.

    3. Grill the chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).

    4. While the chicken is grilling, prepare the salad by combining mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and corn in a large bowl.

    5. In a small bowl, mix Greek yogurt with a pinch of salt and pepper to create a dressing.

    6. Once the chicken is cooked, slice it and assemble the sandwich by placing the chicken on the whole wheat pretzel bun, topping it with the salad mixture and a dollop of Greek yogurt dressing.
