Instructions
1.
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat (about 5 minutes).

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
3.
Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature of 165°F).

In the last few minutes of grilling, brush the BBQ sauce on the chicken to caramelize it slightly.

While the chicken is grilling, prepare the sandwich buns by toasting them lightly on the grill.

Assemble the sandwiches: place the grilled chicken on the bun, top with mixed greens, tomatoes, cucumbers, and red onion.
