Instructions
1.
Prepare the grilled chicken by seasoning it with your favorite spices and grilling until fully cooked (about 6-8 minutes). Dice into bite-sized pieces.

Warm the corn tortillas on a skillet over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side until soft.
3.
In a bowl, mix the salad greens, corn, cucumber, red cabbage, cherry tomatoes, onion, and cilantro to create a fresh salad.
4.
To assemble the tacos, spread a layer of refried beans on each tortilla, add the grilled chicken, and top with the fresh salad mixture.
5.
Drizzle salsa over the top and serve immediately.
