Instructions
1.
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat (about 5 minutes).

In a bowl, mix olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and lemon juice.

Add chicken tenders to the bowl and coat them evenly with the marinade. Let them marinate for 10 minutes.

While the chicken is marinating, prepare the vegetables. In a large skillet, heat a little olive oil over medium heat.

Add the German cabbage blend, carrots, green beans, cauliflower, and broccoli to the skillet. Sauté for about 10-12 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
6.
Once the grill is hot, place the marinated chicken tenders on the grill. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F).
7.
Serve the grilled chicken tenders alongside the sautéed vegetables.

1 teaspoon onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste
