Instructions
1.
Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium-high heat (about 5 minutes).

In a bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.

Brush the salmon fillets with the marinade and let them sit for about 5 minutes.
4.
While the salmon marinates, bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the green beans for 3-4 minutes until bright green and tender-crisp.
5.
Remove the green beans and immediately transfer them to an ice bath to stop the cooking process.
6.
Grill the salmon for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
7.
Serve the grilled salmon alongside the green beans, drizzling any remaining marinade over the top.

2 cups fresh green beans, trimmed

2 tablespoons olive oil

5.
