This is alot of shrimp. It wasnt gortons. The calories on some of the protein is all over the place

Instructions

  • 1.

    1. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat (about 2 minutes).

  • 2.

    2. Add the grilled shrimp to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until heated through.

  • 3.

    3. In a separate bowl, combine the chopped kale and grated carrots. Drizzle with a little olive oil and toss to coat.

    4. Serve the shrimp over a bed of brown rice, topped with the kale and carrot mixture.

  • 5.

    5. Garnish with lemon wedges and season with salt and pepper to taste.
