“Mixed veggies sweet potato grilled turkey burger”

Instructions
1.
Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan over medium heat (about 5 minutes).
2.
In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well and form into 4 patties.
3.
Spray the grill with olive oil (if using) and place the turkey patties on the grill. Cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

While the turkey burgers are cooking, steam or sauté the mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini, carrots, and green bell pepper) in a separate pan for about 10-15 minutes until tender.
5.
In the last few minutes of cooking, add the diced sweet potato to the grill or a separate pot to steam until soft (about 10 minutes).
6.
Serve the grilled turkey burgers with the mixed veggies and sweet potato on the side.

Salt and pepper to taste
