Instructions
1.
1. Boil the eggs: Place eggs in a pot, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Once boiling, cover and remove from heat. Let sit for 10-12 minutes, then cool in ice water.

2. Prepare the asparagus: In a large skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium heat. Add the asparagus and sauté for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Season with salt and pepper.

3. Cook the ground beef: In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. Then, add the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula. Cook until browned, about 7-10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper, and paprika if using.

4. Add spinach (optional): Stir in the spinach during the last 2 minutes of cooking the beef until wilted.

5. Serve: Plate the sautéed asparagus, ground beef, and peeled boiled eggs. Enjoy your healthy meal!
