Instructions
1.
Cook the Jasmine rice according to package instructions (about 15 minutes).

In a large skillet, brown the ground beef over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, breaking it apart as it cooks.
3.
Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for an additional 5 minutes until tender.
4.
Once the beef is fully cooked and the broccoli is tender, mix in the Thousand Island dressing and stir well.
5.
Serve the beef and broccoli mixture over a bed of chopped romaine lettuce and cooked rice.
6.
Top with shredded cheese and enjoy!
