“Turkey on whole wheat (no dressing) with melon”

“Great call going with whole wheat bread and no dressing!”
Instructions
1.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat (about 2 minutes).
2.
Add ground turkey, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned (about 7-10 minutes).
3.
Stir in chopped spinach and cook until wilted (about 2 minutes).
4.
Toast whole wheat bread while turkey is cooking.
5.
Assemble the sandwich by placing turkey and spinach mixture between two slices of bread.
6.
Serve with a side of diced melon.
