Instructions
1.
1. Preheat a grill or skillet over medium heat.

2. In a bowl, season the ground turkey with salt, pepper, and any additional spices you prefer.

3. Form the turkey into 4 equal patties.

4. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).

5. In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of cheese on each patty to melt.

6. While the turkey is cooking, steam the broccoli until tender, about 5-7 minutes.

7. Assemble the burgers by placing each patty on a plate, topping with ketchup relish and mustard.

8. Serve with a side of steamed broccoli.
