Instructions

In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.

Add spinach and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until the spinach wilts and tomatoes soften, about 3-4 minutes.

Warm the spinach herb wraps in a separate pan or microwave for a few seconds.

Assemble the wraps by placing the turkey mixture in the center of each wrap. Top with a dollop of sour cream and salsa.
5.
Fold the wraps and serve immediately, or cut them in half for easier eating.
