Awesome work. Your choice of a multigrain wrap with a turkey burger and lettuce is a fantastic way to incorporate lean proteins and fiber into your meal. The fruit salad is a delightful touch adding a variety of nutrients and flavors.

Instructions

  • 1.

    In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add ground turkey, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.

  • 2.

    While the turkey is cooking, prepare the vegetables: dice tomatoes, cucumbers, and slice the red onion and avocado.

  • 3.

    Once the turkey is cooked, remove from heat and let it cool slightly.

  • 4.

    Lay out the multigrain wraps and layer with shredded lettuce, cooked turkey, diced tomatoes, cucumbers, red onion, and avocado.

  • 5.

    Wrap tightly and slice in half. Serve immediately.
