Instructions
1.
In a skillet over medium heat, add the ground turkey, diced onion, and bell peppers. Cook until the turkey is browned and the vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.
2.
Add garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir well and cook for another 2 minutes.
3.
Lay out the spinach wraps and evenly distribute the turkey mixture among them.
4.
Top each wrap with chopped spinach, salsa, and a dollop of sour cream.
5.
Roll the wraps tightly and slice in half. Serve immediately.
