“Not the dinner I had planned (I didnt realize I was out of an ingredient) but I had healthy options on hand to throw together a salad so still a win! Uncured ham lettuce spinach tomatoes red onion cucumber sunflower seeds kalamata olives feta and Caesar dressing.”

Instructions
1.
In a large bowl, combine the spinach and mixed lettuce as the base (2 minutes).
2.
Add the sliced uncured ham, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, kalamata olives, and sunflower seeds (3 minutes).
3.
Sprinkle the crumbled feta cheese on top (1 minute).
4.
Drizzle the Caesar dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine all ingredients (2 minutes).
5.
Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes for a refreshing taste.
