Instructions
1.
1. Start by preparing the yogurt dip: In a bowl, mix the plain Greek yogurt with fresh blueberries. Mash the blueberries slightly to create a creamy texture. Set aside.

2. Take two slices of whole wheat sandwich bread and layer them with 2 oz of lean ham each.
3.
3. Add a generous handful of fresh spinach leaves on top of the ham.

4. Season with a pinch of salt and pepper to taste.

5. Top with another slice of whole wheat bread to complete the sandwich.
6.
6. Repeat the process for the remaining ingredients to make a total of 4 sandwiches.
7.
7. Serve the sandwiches with the blueberry yogurt dip on the side.
