Instructions
1.
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2.
In a food processor, combine black beans, rolled oats, cocoa powder, protein powder, honey, applesauce, eggs, vanilla extract, baking powder, and salt. Blend until smooth.
3.
Fold in dark chocolate chips and nuts if using.
4.
Pour the batter into a greased 8x8 inch baking dish and spread evenly.
5.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
6.
Let cool before cutting into squares.

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tsp baking powder

1/4 tsp salt
11.
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
12.
1/4 cup chopped nuts or seeds (like pepitas)
