Instructions

In a mixing bowl, combine the cottage cheese and Greek yogurt until smooth (about 2 minutes).

Add the refried beans, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated (about 3 minutes).

If using, fold in fresh spinach for added fiber and nutrients.
