Instructions

  • 1.

    Cook the high protein pasta according to package instructions (about 8-10 minutes). Drain and set aside.

  • 2.

    In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

  • 3.

    Add the diced chicken breast to the skillet and cook until heated through (about 5 minutes).

  • 4.

    Stir in the chopped spinach and halved cherry tomatoes, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes until the spinach wilts.

  • 5.

    Add the cooked pasta to the skillet, mixing well. Season with black pepper, ginger root extract, and salt to taste.

  • 6.

    Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs.
