Instructions
1.
Lay out the low carb tortillas on a clean surface.
2.
Spread 1/4 cup of Greek yogurt evenly on each tortilla.
3.
Layer 2 slices of sharp cheddar cheese on top of the yogurt.
4.
Add 2 oz of turkey breast on each tortilla.
5.
Sprinkle banana pepper rings and diced tomatoes evenly over the turkey.
6.
If using, add a handful of fresh spinach for extra fiber.
7.
Roll the tortillas tightly, folding in the sides as you go to secure the filling.
8.
Slice each wrap in half and serve immediately or wrap in foil for later.

4 large low carb flour tortillas

8 slices sharp cheddar cheese

1 cup banana pepper rings, mild
4.
1 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
5.
2 large tomatoes, diced
6.
8 oz premium turkey breast, sliced

2 cups fresh spinach (optional for added fiber)
