Instructions
1.
In a bowl, mix the low-sodium soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, and sesame oil to create the marinade.

Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let them sit for at least 10 minutes.

While the chicken marinates, cook the brown and wild rice according to package instructions.

In a large skillet, heat a little sesame oil over medium heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for about 5-7 minutes until browned and cooked through.

In the same skillet, add the asparagus, broccolini, and green beans. Stir-fry for another 5-7 minutes until the vegetables are tender but still crisp.
6.
Serve the chicken and vegetables over the cooked rice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
