Instructions
1.
1. Start by laying out the slices of whole grain bread on a clean surface.
2.
2. Spread 1 tablespoon of honey mustard on each slice of bread.
3.
3. Layer 2 oz of lean honey mustard ham on four of the slices.
4.
4. Top the ham with a generous handful of arugula and a sprinkle of chopped red onion.
5.
5. Place the remaining slices of bread on top to form sandwiches.
6.
6. Cut each sandwich in half and serve with pickles on the side.
