Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large bowl, combine the mixed nuts, melted coconut oil, honey, cinnamon, and sea salt. Stir until the nuts are evenly coated (about 2 minutes).

Spread the nut mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
4.
Roast in the oven for 10-15 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown and fragrant. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
5.
Remove from the oven and let cool completely before serving.
