Instructions
1.
In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, spicy ranch dressing, tahini, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Blend until smooth, adding a little water if necessary to reach your desired consistency (about 1-2 tablespoons).

Taste and adjust seasoning as needed.
4.
If using, fold in fresh spinach for added fiber.
5.
Serve with light rye or multi-grain crackers.
